Weather could play a role in bench/start

weather.jpgAs we found out in a very rude way last week to see how teams like Buffalo and Cleveland had to play in a virtual blizzard, weather in December plays a crucial role in fantasy football.

Those players that may be impacted by "Old Man Winter" tomorrow:

Derek Anderson and Carson Palmer (Cleveland at Cincinnati): Anderson already had to endure that game last week, and Palmer won't be able to probably throw all that much if the forecast holds for possible "ickiness".

Tom Brady--ok, he is still the best QB available, but if you have some other options that are potentially able to get 200+ yards and a couple of TDs, you may want to think about keeping them in your lineup.

Laurence Maroney--On the flip side, Maroney, who has been one of the biggest busts of the year, could get a heavy workload if Foxboro is awful.

Actually, other than that--many players won't be affected overall by the precipitation of low fronts. Good thing...the way things looked last week, it was headed really towards fantasy owners having to bench a lot of stars.
