Trade Alert: Randy Moss Traded To Oakland Raiders

randy mossHuge news just broke. Randy Moss has been dealt to the Oakland Raiders. Kerry Collins just became the hottest fantasy quarterback, he throws a beautiful deep ball and should thrive with Moss hawking his passes in 2005. Nate Burleson's stock takes a spike as well. The Vikings get the 7th overall pick which is pretty solid along with Harris, but I would've thought they could've got more. Culpepper is still an elite quarterback and he was not advocating keeping Moss after his lacklustre effort this year. He might actually run more which would make a lot of fantasy owners feel better about taking him early in their fantasy drafts. Certainly Moss figures to be a great personality fit for the Raiders who always seem to have a place for misfits and veteran egoists. This is big news and that's the bottom line.
Vikings receiver Randy Moss, one of the most talented, yet controversial players in the NFL, is headed to Oakland.

The Vikings are expected to deal the 28-year-old Moss to the Raiders in exchange for the seventh overall pick in this year's draft, linebacker Napoleon Harris and another lower-round choice, according to a Vikings official familiar with the negotiations.
We'll bring you more analysis and information as it develops.
