The Redskins are Back!

The Redskins seemed antiquated. They didn't have the chemistry. Their coach seemed more comfortable now on a racetrack than on a football field. Their QB situation was sad at best. And then, they suffered one of the worst things a team could go through--one of their players was murdered.

But did they quit? Did they fold because they were dealt a losing hand? Nope. They did the opposite. They spun off 4 wins in a row, got a QB that suddenly turned into one of the best statistically over the last month, and their running back who had been solid all year turned it up another notch.

And...voila...the Redskins are back in the playoffs. As surprising as the possibility of the Browns making it back, it seems like with the Cowboys, Packers, and now the Redskins in the playoffs, we're seeing more of a renaissance, a return to the hot teams from the 90s. But, will it matter now that they have jumped back into the postseason?

You never know these days...
