Super Bowl XLIII: A true David vs. Goliath match up

Ok, so maybe that's a bit on the hype side, because there have really been some lopsided match ups even going into the game, and this one really overall does not give that much of an edge to one team. But when you talk historically, this really is a David vs. Goliath match up.

Why? Because on one hand you have the big and bold Pittsburgh Steelers that have won 5 Super Bowls and have the superior tradition along with the "Terrible Towels" and the fandom that stretches across the country. And then on the other hand, you have the Arizona Cardinals, a team that hadn't won a playoff game in like, well...yeah, I don't remember either. The tradition obviously is one more known for its futility than anything (the most famous thing involving the Arizona Cardinals previously was the featured team in "Jerry Maguire") and the fans are not exactly rambunctious. Heck, even my relatives in Phoenix are like "eh" about it and they are football fans.

But that doesn't necessarily translate into an automatic win for the Steelers, despite having a 7 point line given by Vegas. The Cardinals weren't given a chance all season long and especially in the playoffs, so why stop now? I truly think this is going to be a better game than what most think--because I think as most people can attest, they thought the Patriots were going to roll over the Giants last year, now didn't they, and how did that work out?
