RIP Indianapolis Colts

I realize the Colts are 7-2. I realize that up until last week they could have beat the uberscary Patriots and lost a nailbiter to the Chargers. But, what most fail to see is that the Colts has transformed into something of a freak show. It's almost eerie how the injuries are piling and piling, and the frustration continues to mount for Peyton Manning and those still left standing.

Marvin Harrison has been hurt for over a month and may not be back to his potential this season. Tony Ugoh has had a nasty neck injury, and now Dwight Freeney is supposed to miss several games. This, combined with Dallas Clark's concussion and Anthony Gonzalez's injury continues to cripple the team. With the Patriots cruising still, the Colts are done--stick a fork in them.

It may sound a little rash to say this, but if you've watched all of the last games, they will have to turn this around in a huge way in order for them to even compete with New England. I just don't think it will happen...
