Peterson in no rush to get back

Although the team's trainer has speculated that RB Adrian Peterson could in fact, make it back for the week 12 game, Coach Brad Childress has noted that a week 13 game for the Lions would be a better timetable. Coupled with Chester Taylor's huge performance (when is the credit going to start to be given to this offensive line who are making tunnels for these guys?), Peterson more than likely won't be used in week 12.

In other injury news (let's just call it what it is), Shaun Alexander is more than likely out altogether for week 12. Like it matters....Maurice Morris is heads and above the better choice now anyways. LJ is officially out for this week, which once again means decent carries for Priest Holmes. Even though Holmes didn't really get much other than a few spurts against a tough Indy offense, he still is surprising a lot of fantasy owners overall.

Another sign of the apocalypse: Ricky Williams could be playing in Week 12 for the Dolphins. Heaven help us.
