Palmer slices up Titans defense in blowout win

Carson Palmer has been a top 10 fantasy QB for quite some time. Many people think that he has just as many, if not more, weapons than Peyton Manning has, and his team's running game is nothing to sniff at as well, which gives Palmer much more opportunity to keep defenses honest.

But heading into today's game, where he faced a very good Titans secondary, Palmer hadn't had quite "the day" in a while--and today was the day. Going 32 for 28 for 283 yards, including 3 TDs to his introverted friend Chad Johnson, the Bengals rolled up well over 400 yards of offense in stunning the Titans 35-6.

Not that the win was a huge surprise, but the margin certainly was. Tennessee had limited several team's passing ability, and even though Palmer has a good arm and is not just a fluke, even this kind of performance and efficiency is something to stand and clap about--oh, and for the rest of the AFC, be wary of this--he's getting warmed up at the right time....
