Pacman continuing to get gobbled up by NFL

pacman28.jpg

Pacman Jones, I guess, just can't catch a break. He has all of these legal problems, much of it stemming from times where he was involved with altercations at strip clubs, and the the NFL suspends him--for a very long time. And now, NFL Commisioner Roger Goodell has said that Jones can't practice or workout with the Tennessee Titans until at least training camp, and maybe even longer.

Oh wait--I forgot--even in the midst of Jones' suspension and legal follies, he still was seen at a Las Vegas Strip Club around New Year's. Goodell has basically taken that a slap to the face that he is disrespecting the situation he has gotten himself into and therefore has said that he will continue the suspension as is--he can't use the Titans practice facility or anything involved with the team.

Well, some will say this is petty--but I say that Goodell is doing the right thing. Jones is the exact opposite of what the NFL wants, and they already have enough problems with some of the player's attitudes and issues on the field, much less Jones continuing to parade around like he doesn't need to do anything differently in his life; well, Goodell is sending the message to him: keep your nose clean or else.
