Can the Packers give Favre another ring?

Brett Favre has always been the epitome of tough. He has played in the bitter cold, played through injuries, played through dismal teams, played in a rough and ready division, and perhaps the biggest thing that everyone will say is his biggest asset is heart. This season, no one really gave much merit to the Packers and their ability to make it big, much less win their division.

Let's face it--the Bears were the hyped up team, and the Packers just have been plain crappy for a while. They lost a lot of their big name receivers, their running game was like a carousel of no names, and Favre--while still effective--had peaked a long time ago. So, when they had made it past the halfway point of the season with only 1 L, the thought was--what the F#&$@????

It just goes like this--great players play. Period. Favre still can motivate a team like no other, and his abilities are still razor-sharp. Playing in front of the football-crazy cheeseheads give them an edge every game they are at the Frozen tundra of Lambeeeeaaaaau Field, and if they can take home field advantage--you may be just seeing Favre hoisting the Lombardi Trophy once again. They have executed like the teams they had in the late nineties, and I really, really, like them. The Cowboys are good, but they don't have the heart of Favre.
