Best Penal League QB Ever?

The Hokie grand jury is now expected to meet on July 24 for a final review of the alleged dog-fighting evidence, and charges could immediately follow. Against whom? Nobody knows. But the real question on our minds over here at Footblog is whether Vick's game is perfectly set up to make him the best darn penal league quarterback of all-time. You put pretty-boy, pedestrian-foot Brady in a penal league game, he'd get murdered, perhaps literally. But Mike Vick, now we're talkin' penal league football! He needs no pocket, practically no blockers, and if he gets busted for dog fighting, he even comes with some street cred. C'mon, wouldn't you order a pay-per-view Virginia Penal League game featuring Vick and a bunch of rabid cons? I thought so.
